Hundreds of businesses in the Upper White River Watershed rely on direct water withdrawal from our streams and groundwater to support their manufacturing and energy needs.Thousands of others simply rely on these resources to support a comfortable working environment and grow their operations.Businesses and their infrastructure provide an opportunity to better manage stormwater and natural areas in urban and suburban areas in our watershed.They also offer important educational opportunities to target audiences and employees that collectively, if engaged, could help solve local water quality concerns.
